Update with me😊

Where shall I begin?! . In October last year, A huge step toward my career. I had to say goodbye to my retail job at H&M, with the Goodbye came with a lot of mixed emotions. Happiness and also sadness too. Because I was officially closing a Huge chapter of my life within the retail/fashion industry. I worked within this rewarding but also very “cut throat” industry for 10 years.

That’s a long time! 10 years! I am very grateful for the wonderful experience I wouldn’t change anything. I also gained experience from this opportunity as well. One of the biggest things I had trouble doing was actually holding a conversation with someone and my people skills have gotten better too.

Now, I have more time to get more involved within my substitute teacher job within the county I live in. A new chapter is just beginning. I am able to take a heavier class load through a online university for finishing my degree; that’s what I’m doing right now and loving/disliking it at the same time. Lastly, I get to have a social life back & most importantly I get to spend more time with my family.

P.s. it’s finally snowing! Yea! But I don’t think I’ll be able to go out in it to much (have an early stages of bronchitis.)

Hope y’all have a happy Tuesday!

Back to School tips.. late edition.

School is here!! Which means waking up early and getting back into the “normal” routine(s) of things. Whenever school time rolls around I personally had mixed feelings. 1st, I was part Excited to begin a new chapter in my life. 2nd, that means summer is Official Over. Let us have a moment of silence for summer 2016, please. It’s going to be okay y’all! summer will be back in June. It’s not good bye it’s till next time. Since it is been sooome time since I have attend public school. These tips I will  stay with you until you go to college because you’ll learn some new things along the way of your college journey (that’s a blog post in itself). Without further ado…

  1.  When that time comes around of running late. You can’t skip breakfast. If you are running late and you really don’t have time for breakfast grab an oatmeal or cereal bar. These are truly lifesavers. These come in different flavors can find these almost at any food store.
  2. If your like me, I tend to do A lot of midnight surfer on my cell. Looking at Pinterest or watching YouTube videos. Wake and see that your alarm went off but kept on pressing snooze.. Right before you go to bed, Set the alarm (put the alarm to the loudest it can go). Next, instead of putting it close to you. Put it away from you. So, when the alarm goes off it’s going to force you get up and walk over to turn it off.
  3. To add a bit of time for getting ready in the early mornings. Lay out the clothing you want to wear the next  day the night before.

There you have it, let me know if you want some more ideas for the school year. If you have any questions don’t be afraid to ask. What are some of your tips you’ll like to share with us. love y’all and have a great weekend! T.G.I.F

Why the long absents.

Follow my blog with Bloglovin
The reason for the long absents one word. Cyberbullying. Since I have started my blog I have been bullied to stop, name calling, ect.. to name a few… I started this blog to give myself an outlet and a way express myself in a comfortable fashion. My family on weeks on end was giving endless encouragement to continue and not let people push me around.

With that being said I AM Back. I have a lot planned for my website coming up. Personally, I can’t wait to show y’all what I have in-store too! 😀

Have a bless day! I hope and can’t wait to see YOU here next week. Have a great Wednesday!

Spring Outfit Ideas

Spring is finally ladies! You know what that means… get out the flip-flops, sundresses, floppy hats, and sunscreen. If your like me, you get comfortable with cool spring weather and before you knew it. It becomes so hot, if the heat isn’t enough add the humidity to it. You’ll feel it when hits you right when you walk outside. But luckily for us we can enjoy the cool 60’s -80’s before they become Unbearable.

So without further a do here are a few spring like outfit ideas…

  • The Navy flow… here I am wearing a beautiful silk like tank that has a white lace details on the top of it. and bottom: is a high-low silk like navy maxi shirt. Both items are from LC Lauren Conrad which is at Kohls.
  • Pretty in floral… I am wearing a high low floral print long dress.. and this item is also from LC Lauren Conrad.

I hope this gave you a few ideas or inspired you. Have Fabulous weekend.
